How do I get help with placing an order or custom orders?
If you need help placing an order please call us at 256-682-9526 or fill out the contact us information and we will get back with you ASAP. Or click on the ordering tab for complete instructions.
- For custom orders please call us and we can discuss your needs and proceed with the order or fill out the Corporate Gift Request under Corporate Gifts. All custom gifts start at $75.00. If you are wanting a gift outside of our normal food gifts, will require a $50.00 deposit before designing or researching. If you choose to proceed with the gift/gifts, we will put the $50.00 towards the invoice balance.
- All Custom Orders require 48 hours or longer depending on the difficulty and/or amount of gifts.
- We will provide you with a picture of the custom design before it is delivered or shipped or if it is a large order a picture will be provided at the time of the sales agreement.
- You will be provided with a quote and a contract for large orders.
- A 50% down payment for custom orders is due upon final approval of the design.
- Cancellation of custom orders will result in a forfeiture of the down payment once final approval has been given and the ordering process has begun.
Substitutions
Due to sourcing issues we reserve the right to substitute unavailable products with products of equal or greater value.
Alcoholic Beverages
If you would like to include a bottle of wine, beer, etc in your basket you will need to purchase the alcohol. We are happy to design the basket and return it to you for delivery. Please contact us for more information.
What areas do you deliver?
Our gift baskets are delivered to the following areas: Huntsville, Madison, Harvest, Athens, Hazel Green, New Market, New Hope, Owens Crossroads, Meridianville, Toney and Madison County.
What are your delivery fees?
Delivery Fee To Huntsville/Madison County $14.95
Delivery Fee To Decatur, New Hope , Green Mountain Hobbs Island,
Hampton Cove, Owens Crossroads, $19.95
Choose delivery or shipping option at time of checkout.
Multiple items going to one address will only inquire 1 delivery fee.
Delivery Information
Please be sure to enter recipients phone number during ordering process and any delivery instructions. If recipient is not home our gift baskets will be left on the front porch during cooler weather.
During warmer weather, recipient must be home and/or time they will be home to accept package must be left in the instructions.
An additional charge will be added to your card for incorrect delivery information resulting in different delivery location. Please be sure your delivery address is valid.

- Shipping Costs: We ship nationwide from Monday-Friday. We we choose the least expensive shipping cost unless you request a specific shipping company. Shipping costs are based on size, weight, and destination of the gift. You will be informed of the shipping cost during the gift checkout process
- It is imperative that you provide us with the correct shipping address(es) when placing your order(s). If we must reroute your shipping due to an address change or correction, there will be an added fee of $15 per each address change or correction.
What is your return policy?
We apologize, we do not accept returns of our gift baskets. However, if there is anything you have an issue with, please contact us right away. We will try our very best to make it right!
